1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@itpartsmaster.co.uk within the specified return period.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorisation form and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. IT Partsmaster is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days.
  • Exchanges for the same item or a different product of equal value may be processed based on availability.

5. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to returns for certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Perishable goods.
    • Personalized or custom-made items.
    • Digital downloads or subscriptions.
    • Gift cards.

8. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. International Returns:

  • International returns may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Customers are responsible for any associated costs.

10. Policy Changes:

  • IT Partsmaster reserves the right to modify or update this returns policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
